1. Does this bidet fit my toilet?

Yes. Our non-electric bidets are designed to fit most standard U.S. two-piece toilets.
If you have a one-piece or French-curve toilet, please check the measurements on the product page or contact us for support.


2. Is the bidet easy to install?

Yes. Installation usually takes 10–15 minutes with no plumbing experience needed.
A step-by-step manual and all required accessories are included.

If you need help, our support team can guide you through installation.


3. Does it require electricity or batteries?

No. This is a non-electric bidet.
It works using water pressure from your home’s existing system.
No power outlet, no wiring, no batteries.


4. Is the water pressure adjustable?

Yes. The control panel allows you to adjust the water pressure and select multiple modes depending on the model.


5. Does it use hot water?

Our standard bidet uses ambient-temperature water.
We also offer models with warm-water connection, which can be attached to your sink’s warm-water line.


6. Will my toilet seat still close properly?

Yes. Once installed correctly, your existing toilet seat will sit flat and close normally.


7. How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Warehouse: 4–8 business days

  • Backup Facility (during high-volume or restock periods): 9–15 business days

8. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

Contact us within 48 hours at support@nexalifeglobal.com.
We will replace the item or issue a refund after verification.


9. What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused bidets can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For sanitary and safety reasons, used or installed bidets cannot be returned unless defective.

10. Does this bidet require professional installation?

No. Most customers install it themselves in minutes.
You do NOT need a plumber.


11. Is the bidet safe for children and elderly users?

Yes. Our bidets offer gentle pressure modes that are safe for all ages.


12. Can I use the bidet if I have low water pressure?

Yes. The system is designed to operate even under lower household water pressure.
If pressure is extremely low, contact us for recommendations.


13. Is this covered under warranty?

Yes. All bidets come with a 1-year replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.
