Shipping Policy – NexaLife Global

We currently ship orders within the United States using our U.S.-based fulfillment partners.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

U.S. Delivery Time

  • Primary Shipping: 4–8 business days (from our U.S. warehouse)

  • Backup Shipping: 9–15 business days if an item ships from our international facility during high-volume or restock periods.


Shipping Costs

  • Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $49

  • Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please ensure your address is correct.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost / Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will replace or refund the item after verification.
