30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used, installed, or water-exposed bidet products cannot be returned unless defective on arrival.


Eligible Returns

Your item is eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and mounting hardware are included

  • A return authorization has been approved by our support team

Items returned without prior approval may be rejected.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed bidet attachments/toilet seats

  • Products that show signs of wear, water exposure, or installation

  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation


πŸ›  Defective or Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email support@nexalifeglobal.com within 48 hours

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos or video of the damage/issue

    • Photos of packaging

After verification, we will reship a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once:

  • The returned item is inspected and approved

  • Or the damage/defect claim is verified

Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after inspection.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to change of mind / wrong size / wrong order β†’ customer covers shipping.

  • If the item is defective or damaged on arrival β†’ we cover the shipping.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
